They arrived an hour later than the agreed time. They put the wrong address in their gps. When we left the first facility to upload at the next one I asked them to follow me they declined and went to the wrong location again after I sent them the correct address again. The manager argued with me and said I provided the wrong address and want me to pay extra. They also dropped a box and broke a lot of my belongings.

This company was amazing! It was a very short distance move (literally 2 floors up) but they took care of my belongings with such care. Communication was great, work was very efficient, and the guys were friendly and professional. I would absolutely hire them again.
