- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer calls in or sends us a massage we first start with asking a couple of questions like . -What date are you looking to schedule ? ( This will help us determine if we have availability and the rate as we do run specials on specific days of the week .) - What are we moving for you ? - A 1 bedroom apartment/Home ? -A 2 bedroom apartment /Home ? -A 4-5 bedroom Home ? (This will determine how many truck the move will require , as well as the rate for the coustomer's specific moving needs.) -After we go over with our customers regarding the questions , we then give our customers a quote or a specific pricing depending on there moving needs. -If the customer is ready to schedule we then schedule the move and go over all charges , hourly rate , trip fee.... -We also send a confirmation that the move has been schedule to the customers email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have meetings on a weekly basis and , training with our staff on a monthly basis.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
All of our family had been working for one of Houston's larges Moving Company's for over 30 years . We wanted to start our own Moving Company to change some things for the better , like providing the best customer support ,provide proper training for the movers ,and provide professional service at the best price. Because this is a family owned and operated business we all work together to provide the best service to all of our customers. This is our # 1 priority .
