I hired this company to move my items from storage to my home, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. We had a scheduled day and time, and I specifically asked to be notified when they were on their way. I never received that notification.
A few minutes before the appointment, I received a message stating that the mover had a flat tire but was close. When I asked how long it would take and how far away he was, he didn’t answer my questions. I tried calling but got no response. Eventually, he mentioned offering a discount, but I was more concerned about getting my belongings moved than about any discount.
After waiting for two and a half hours with still no sign of the movers, I found this situation to be ridiculous. If they were unable to complete the job, they should have communicated that instead of wasting my time. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
