- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have NO HIDDEN FEES. We have several crew options available to meet your individual needs. We charge an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum and a trip fee which covers the truck as well the Cargo Insurance, this protects your furnishings while being loaded transported and unloaded. We also carry Two Million Dollars Liability Insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your service team will arrive in a 24-26 foot in a closed box truck, your truck comes with all the equipment you may need, dollies, moving pads, stretch film and tape to protect your fabric and leather from soiling. Disassemble as well reassemble are part of the service offered at no additional charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained with some of the larger companies such as Mayflower and several other large van lines that move across county. As well I worked as contractor performing moving services for one of the oldest and most established moving companies in Houston, for just over five years before I went out on my own.
