- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have NO HIDDEN FEES. We have several crew options available to meet your individual needs. We charge an hourly rate with a two-hour minimum and a trip fee which covers the truck as well the Cargo Insurance, this protects your furnishings while being loaded transported and unloaded. We also carry Two Million Dollars Liability Insurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your service team will arrive in a 24-26 foot in a closed box truck, your truck comes with all the equipment you may need, dollies, moving pads, stretch film and tape to protect your fabric and leather from soiling. Disassemble as well reassemble are part of the service offered at no additional charge.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When it gets close to the end of the month always try to get your reservation set at least a week in advance. The last two weeks fill up fast.
