- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on the type of work that is being focused on with the client. I do everything from healing to career coaching, and like to customize each program to fit the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have new customers take a questionnaire and then we set up a 30 minute complimentary phone call to ensure it's a good fit. I then explain my process, and make recommendations on how to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Communications, over 15 years of leadership/mentoring roles and over five years studying human behavior and patterns through my consulting and coaching practice.
