- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are actually lowering our prices right now since we are new. We hope to gain more customers and build our base here on thumbtack.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically start with finding out the clients catering needs. We then list a few options for them to select from. Lastly, we let them know what the process is to secure their date with us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no professional culinary training. However, when I was just an employee on the first food truck I owned, my old boss/soon to be business partner did train me and he was a trained sushi chef.
