I loved how they worked on my dog Ophelia, and when I got her back, she was happy and playful, no sign of stress at all. They did a wonderful job and were very attentive to details, I'll definitely book them again and again because they are awesome and were very caring with Ophelia.

This was Socks 1st time being groomed & I was nervous especially w/ all the recent reports on pet food recall, abuse & more. Francoise showed up promptly at 3 to make sure he had plenty of time to finish Socks properly before I had to go back to work in the evening. In general, my & Socks experience was positive & if we end up moving back to Houston, I would definitely call on Glitz n Glam again! Thanks so much guys, I appreciate you!!
