Grant did an amazing job educating my husband and me on the different lock options for our home. He arrived on time and got straight to work. I’ve had them come and replace a mailbox lock and cut off a padlock we had lost the keys to (seems to be a theme here). The technician (Matthew) was patient, friendly, and kind. He wasn’t bothered by my dogs and just put a smile on my face. I’ve contemplated “losing” my keys again…

We hired them via thumbtack. Got a call immediately after sending the request and estimate on the phone with tech out in 3 hours. He was able to assist and advise using alternate methods to open the door (to be precise garage door instead of opening backyard door lock). Cost us 165$ including service fee but got the Job done in time and efficiently. Thank you.

Our highly knowledgeable stuff is able to answer any questions as well as to quote a price over the phone. Though some complex projects require in person visit to be able to quote the cost of the project. The more details provided the better.

Our owner as well as main technician has over 20 years of experience. All our technicians are licensed by State of Texas and attend continuous education every year. All our technicians have clean background check.
