I have to leave QA 10/5 stars! They really went above and beyond for me last minute. As a realtor, I often times Chauffer my high net worth clients, or larger purchase clients to closings as a special touch! I reached out to QA at about 9pm, and they were able to accommodate my client for 8:30am. They arrived early, and provided complimentary Starbucks to my clients, as they recognized the importance of delivering a service on the same level clients are accustomed to! Mary, is so gracious and great at communicating! She even left my clients a welcome home candle as a bonus! I could continue on how the staff went above and beyond! So happy to have found QA! :)

Mary, Qasim, and team took care of my family over the holidays with our various transportation needs! We had lots of family coming into town and I needed reliable pick up for them from the airport (my father in law is older and uncle in law has mobility issues). Even with the flight being delayed, Mary and Qasim were ready and waiting for the party. I also used QA Luxury Transportation to drive a large number of family members to Galveston for our 7-day cruise. We felt like VIP getting dropped off and picked up at the cruise terminal! The team is extremely professional and the cars are pristine and so comfortable. Mary helped to coordinate all the details (including special touches) and the communication with her and the drivers were super easy. I couldn’t have pulled off our crazy family holiday and vacation without them!

I have known Qasim for many years and have nothing but good things to say. He is very reliable, polite, takes pride in getting you to your destination in time, and knows all the inroads in Houston, which is of great value when there is traffic. I highly recommend his service.

If anyone is looking for a company that goes above and beyond this is it! Mary and Qasim were fantastic coordinating 2 puck ups in 2 different terminals at the same time, with the airlines changing the baggage claim areas, and they still managed to make it work seamlessly, so well organized and fun, thanks to both of them
