If in Houston, NAVIGATE chauffeur service is the way to go. Within minutes of putting my request, Marie contacted me and we built a rapport. Marie was efficient and went above and beyond by always making suggestions and even reserving a spot for us at a restaurant. She was VERY flexible since our itinerary changed a few times, and made sure she was available for us at all times. Most importantly she always got us home safely. I will highly recommend NAVIGATE!

Family of 3 traveling international! We had a great experience from beginning to the destination! She is very punctual, very professional and the ride to the airport felt like driving with family! Let me just say, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Oh my goodness sooo amazing! I booked for my boyfriend’s birthday, and our driver was so sweet and so accommodating! We had a couple of address changes a few hours prior but she handled it so seamlessly! Great communication, asking where to meet us if it was more convenient to be in the garage or in the front of our complex, always letting me know when she was on the way, confirming pick up time, greeted us and opened all the doors for us upon pickup and drop off, drove safely & even let us take over the music choice! The SUV was clean, and a very smooth ride, making our night out with friends to celebrate his birthday an amazing experience! Can’t wait to book again!!

We are offering introductory discounted rates through the month of January for confirmed reservations with deposit. Please note we can have up to 6 guest passengers max. (1 up front, 2 in middle row and 3 in third row)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just need to know the date, time & addresses for pick and drop off and if you would like any special requests. (Additional stops, food or drinks available in car, car decorated, etc)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Perfect driving records. Been driving safely with no accidents for a combined 50 years. We all have a background in the corporate professional world and customer service and therefore know what it takes to create a customer-centric company.
