- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive your request then schedule a time to perfrom assessment on your job. We provide an estimate within days after viewing your job. You will have a chance to review the quote and alter if needed. Once you agree with scope and price - for jobs over a certain price, we secure a 50% deposit; this allows the job to be scheduled. For landscaping jobs, the balance after deposit is due when the last bag of mulch or plant is installed. For regular lawn maintenance the job will be invoiced once complete. If you set-up routine lawn maintenance, we can invoice you monthly. Open to working with every customer's unique situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Owner, Nasser "Cowboy" Sharrieff, started as a teenager growing shrubs and trees for the city of New Orleans. Later, he took a job with University of Houston as an Athletic Grounds Manager and took a few horticultural classes at Texas Southern University. In his role at UofH, he maintained all the sports fields for the school. He then began doing land maintenance and landscaping jobs for friends, which grew into a business. Has maintained entire HOA communities for lawn maintenance and landscaping needs.
