Mario, Luis and the entire team worked hard to refresh my condo. They pressure washed the building and all the windows to include 20ft high vaulted second story windows to a sparkling clean. The garden was hand weeded, and the old, dead plants from the winter freeze were removed, new soil, and fertilizer, laid down, new plants put in the ground, and then mulch. They pressure washed the sidewalk, the patio, and the stones. Inside they scraped old flaking, paint off doors and trim. They repainted the doors, and trim work caulking when needed. They repotted my lemon tree. All in all they refreshed the Condo beautifully. I am very happy with the job they did. I would use Mario and his team again.

Arrived ahead of time and got a since of what to work on 1st. Started with getting the weeds out the flower beds, then trimmed the hedges, then edged the yard and sidewalks. Mowed the yard last and then finished with debris removal and blowing away all the leaves. We are happy campers ;)

Family coming in town soon so Mario’s team was able to start my project one day ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier. They did a great job cutting the lawn, edging, removing weeds from our flower beds, pruning and removing dead wood caught in the fence line… such an improvement in the yard’s appearance… love it !!!
