I had a great experience with Richard Vasquez of Complete Land Service. I needed an accurate survey of my lot in a neighborhood over 100 years old. He was meticulous and timely in developing a survey using pins, historical markers, GPS, and perhaps even drones. It took a lot of work and several visits, but the price did not change (although the work probably was more than anticipated). It was a bargain and resolved important encroachment issues.
