- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and fair. I provide flat, upfront pricing that includes prep, materials, and two coats of paint. Since I’m owner-operated and do the work myself, I keep overhead low and pass that value on to my customers. There are no hidden fees. Any additional work is discussed and approved before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details and schedule a quick walkthrough, either in person or by photos. After that, I provide a clear price and timeline. Once approved, I collect a small deposit to secure the date. I show up on time, protect your home, complete the work personally, and do a final walkthrough to make sure everything meets expectations before final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15 years of hands-on experience in residential painting, surface preparation, drywall repairs, and finish work. Most of my training comes from working in the field, learning proper prep methods, paint application techniques, and product selection to ensure durable, professional results.
