- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is tailored to each project’s scope, materials, and complexity. We charge a $100 consultation fee—fully refundable if you hire us—which covers an in-depth discussion of your needs, design plans, and selection boards. After the consultation, we provide a detailed quote. We occasionally offer discounts for multiple projects or returning clients, and we’re always transparent about any additional fees that may arise from changes in the project scope.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief consultation—either by phone or message—to discuss your project’s goals, budget, and timeline. Next, we schedule a formal in-person or virtual consultation (for a $100 fee, which is refunded if you hire us) to dive deeper into your needs and preferences. After gathering all the details, we create a design plan, provide a detailed quote, and develop mood boards or 3D renderings if needed. Once everything is approved, we finalize the scope of work, establish a project timeline, and keep you updated throughout the entire process.
