I bought a house that had a 20 ft by 20 ft garage and carport with concrete foundation that was filled with junk and in dire need of demolition and removal. I had called another contractor who kept delaying the work for two weeks. I called Texan Junk Removal. Junior drove to the house the same day (Thursday) and provided an estimate that was very reasonable for the work required. Even better he promised to start on Saturday and to complete in 2 or 3 days. This job was complicated as There was only 7 feet between a new air conditioning condenser and our neighbors yard. We had permission from the neighbor to take the fence down and Junior navigated his Bobcat carefully for each load to protect our air conditioning investment and our neighbors yard. In addition, he went the extra step and leveled the lot where he had removed the structure so we can now lay sod. Best off all he showed up when he said he would and communicated well the whole process. I highly recommend Texan Junk removal! Junior - thanks for a job well done.
