On a Wednesday, I booked this company to pick up one piece of furniture on Thursday for a pickup time between 5:30 and 6:00 p.m. In my initial message asking for a quote, I provided the zip codes of the pick up and drop off locations, so the distance between the two locations was clear. Phillip told me they were available during the time requested and we agreed on a price. Less than an hour before the pick up time, Phillip asked me if I could move the job to the next day. He then said he could pick up my item but would need to drop it off the next day. I was willing to accommodate that and asked for drop off in the morning. Because that would not work with his schedule, he canceled the job and claimed it was because he did not know the distance between the two locations. I am now stuck without anyone to pick up my item. This has been a disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company given they did not honor their agreement to take the job.
