After reviewing the provided pictures, we found that there was a discrepancy between the items identified for removal and the actual items present at the location. As a result, we did end up removing more items than originally shown or quoted, but we still applied a significant discount. We typically base our quotes on the picture our customers provide in order to make arrangements with other clients efficiently.
