- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. There is a 5% convenience fee for credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a date for us to come and give you an estimate. Depending on the magnitude of the work needed we are able to give you an estimate on the spot. If you have a bigger job you needed done we will have a proposal sent to you within 24 hours from the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 9 years experience of on the field training with interior and exterior remodeling.
