- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with an in-person meeting where I have the opportunity to understand the client's specific needs, preferences, and desires. This allows me to establish a clear understanding of the project requirements. To ensure clarity and agreement, I document all the discussed details and obtain the client's signature on the finalized project plan. To initiate the project, a 50% deposit is required before commencing work. This payment covers the cost of necessary materials and ensures a smooth progression without any financial obstacles. This upfront investment demonstrates the client's commitment to the project and serves as a means of securing their spot on our schedule. Upon completion of the project, the remaining 50% of the payment is collected. This step is taken after a thorough inspection and the client's complete satisfaction with the work performed. We make it a priority to address any concerns or adjustments, if necessary, so that the client is content with the final outcome.
