FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we charge an hourly fee for consulting, but when working out of our firm, we do not charge the hourly fee. I am more than happy to explain this in more depth. We carry over 1,400 vendor accounts in house, and order factory direct. This enables us to provide the best possible pricing to our clients, while running our business efficiently.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by setting up a free 1 hour consultation to assess my clients space, functional needs, and personal taste/vision. From there, my team and I put together a presentation of designs for their space. The client sets up an appointment to come into our studio to view their presentation and make decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design, and 10+ years of experience in interior design, and the residential building/renovation business.
