- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system depends on the creative brief. As for discounts, I don't normally offer them. But I have recently been looking at adding discounts on a project by project basis. Additional fees are possible due to an excess amount of revisions or the client may decide they want to go in another direction. Also, if you are looking to hire for a project exclusively 3-6 months then the pricing will be substantially more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start by getting a definitive overview and expectations of the client's creative brief. • Business goals / Mission Statement ( Optional ) • Communication ( Dropbox / Email / Phone ) • Clarity of creative brief ( Knowledge, details, and end goals )
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Prairie View A&M University with a BA degree in Art Advertising, Art Institute of Houston with an Associates in Visual Communication.
