Olshan Foundation Repair fixed my foundation in 2012. I am now in the process of selling my home and have received excellent assistance from Melissa Klotzbuecher and Naudie Irizarry to check that the foundation is still in good shape (7 years later)and how the Warranty Transfer process is to be done for the transfer to the new owner.Both are very knowledgeable and very patient to explain things in a thorough and understandable way.

We contacted Olshan due to concerns about possible foundation problems which may have been caused by moisture issues. Don showed up and conducted an extremely thorough inspection of our foundation. After inspecting the outside and inside of our home, Don concluded that no repairs were needed. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! We highly recommend Olshan to anyone needing an inspection of their home's foundation.

My parents are in their 80s and their house was almost as old. We contacted several companies for quotes. The first two were nice but not very thorough. When Shannon from Olshan came out he was very professional sketching the house and measuring the floor. He took time to completely explain the problem and solution. He put it in terms they could understand. Then he walked them through the process. The crew that came out were exceptional and did a great job. After they were gone it looked like they had never been there except the house was now level!! Thanks for taking care of my parents!!

Excellent experience. Don Ethridge was on time, professional and friendly. He did a thorough inspection inside and out. He reviewed what appeared to be problem spots, but in the end told me it wasn't my foundation. I did not have to hire Olshan, but if I ever get in a spot where I may need to have foundation repair, they will be my first call.
