Being a Realtor that specializes in investment properties, I sell a lot of houses that require foundation repairs. I have worked with Guatex on countess properties and is the ONLY company I trust to accurately measure AND fix settlement problems at at great price! Every home deserves to have a solid foundation and they make it possible. Real estate in Houston always raises the same statement: 'It's not IF you need foundation repair... it's WHEN!" We all encounter it eventually. I'm glad I have a reliable source to depend on.

My experience with Guatex Foundation & Structual Solutions was nothing less than excellent. With the free estimate I was provided with solutions to problems that could potentially cause future damage. I was given a fair quote & kept abrupt on daily task. I highly recommend them for pier & beam solutions & French drainage systems with a pump.
