- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that you are looking for one of the best services for your project, we work hard for you to accomplish the best result that you are expecting, and sometimes even more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers process is very simple, once the appointment availability is confirmed, we set the date and time. customer proceed with the booking on the app or by providing us the address in the conversation. we will arrive at the appointment and follow indications and assist with any questions or concerns. Bathroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting to bring the dust down to the floors, surfaces cleaning. floors get vacuum with our canister to trap. vacuum carpet if any, and finishing with mapping hard floors. the result is refreshing clean. Once the job is done, we ask our customers to do a walkthrough to make sure everything has been addressed as requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our hard work has been obtained in the field, more than 10 years working on the Houston area: Sugarland, Katy, The Woodlands, big projects, small projects, we are grateful for the opportunity to do our job.
