- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Shining Home have standard cleaning costs, deep cleaning costs, and add-on fees are all available. The cost depends on the size, and project of your home. We are more than happy to discuss rates, discounts, fees, etc., so please don’t hesitate to ask us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a new/current customer information, a over-the-phone chat/call or face-to-face is usually the next step. This procedure is crucial because I want my clients to have a good understanding of the standards we provide and to be able to answer any question or concern they have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The type of training I have is 5+ years of experience. 3yrs hotel housekeeping and 2yrs office housekeeping.
