It was a empty house and she was to clean it for the new owners. Since it was empty I didn't stay. When I checked the house the next day, she had not vacuumed any of the carpets and had not mopped the tile floors. The counters were not cleaned. I am very disappointed as I had to hire another service to clean.

First of all you live in a mansion and lied about having cleaners to your home previously you never did. I auto setup my payments and thumbtack gives you the estimate it came out to 425$ you said im not doing the whole home. (only my people) then when i get there you had more stuff needed done we are not movers we are cleaners. I did what i was supposed to and i got picutre before and after. Clients its not ok to have feces on the toilet under toilet seat and expect cleaners to be happy to clean. You have to let us know and CLEANING IS MY HOBBY. DONT LIE ABOUT HOW YOUR HOME LOOKS THE SIZE OR ANYTHING TO GET A BETTER DEAL. THIS IS WHAT SHE DID I GOT PICTURES. HER HOME IS 2800 SQFT ON A .10 PRICE SHE GOT LUCKY IF ANYTHING. IM UPSET SHE GAVE ME A 1 FOR NOTHING . RUDE AND MEAN AND SELFISH.
