- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and based on the size of your home and the type of cleaning you need—standard, deep clean, or move-in/move-out. We do offer discounts for recurring services, like weekly or biweekly cleanings, so it’s a great way to save if you want regular cleanings. While we try to avoid any surprise fees, if the home is larger than expected or much needs more cleaning to deliver our satisfaction guarantee, we may need to adjust the price. But don’t worry—we’ll always talk through any changes with you before moving forward!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we like to keep things simple and smooth! First, we’ll chat to understand your specific cleaning needs, preferences, and any special instructions you might have. Then, we’ll recommend the best cleaning package based on your home and goals—whether it’s a standard clean, deep clean, or something else. Once we agree on the details, we’ll schedule a convenient time for the cleaning. After the service, we always follow up to make sure you’re happy with the results. Communication and customer satisfaction are our top priorities!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members go through professional cleaning training to ensure they know the best techniques, products, and safety protocols for all kinds of homes and surfaces. Many of us also have years of hands-on experience, which is just as important as formal training. Plus, we stay up-to-date with new cleaning methods and products, especially eco-friendly options, to make sure we’re delivering top-quality service every time.
