I have been doing installation services for 10 years and strive to provide quality work. We work within a 50-mile radius of Houston, Texas, or in Houston, Texas. I make sure i always call my customers to inform them of the arrival window and explain what I will be doing. Also, I make sure my customers are happy with the installation services I have provided before I leave their residence.

Great work! Would definitely recommend. They are very busy but accommodated my timeframe pretty well. The service is excellent, and the quality of work is amazing. We had bought a Walmart brand TV wall mount that would have offset my TV by approximately 2-3 inches. With me being overly critical about everything, I could not have this. I ended up having to purchase the Sanus mount they had with them. It was a bit pricey but was not unreasonbale considering the size of my TV.

Lexx Audio and Video were very responsive to my request for help with getting my tv, home theater system, and components hooked up. They determined that I have a faulty cable which needs to be replaced, but were able to get my tv with Cable hooked up in the meantime. They also returned the same day to try and troubleshoot pixelation and screen blackout issues I am also having. They replaced some old cable fittings and also narrowed down the issue to most likely a cable company problem and suggested I contact them for further assistance, which I have already done. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to go out of their way to come back and see if they could resolve my equipment issues. Although the issues are still in work, I will definitely use Lexx Audio and Video again, and recommend them to others without hesitation.
