I make sure i always call my customers to inform them of the arrival window and explain what I will be doing. Randy was awesome. Fast with high-quality. He came in and installed and mounted four large televisions for us. We will definitely use him again.

Lexx Audio and Video were very responsive to my request for help with getting my tv, home theater system, and components hooked up. They determined that I have a faulty cable which needs to be replaced, but were able to get my tv with Cable hooked up in the meantime. They also returned the same day to try and troubleshoot pixelation and screen blackout issues I am also having. They replaced some old cable fittings and also narrowed down the issue to most likely a cable company problem and suggested I contact them for further assistance, which I have already done. I really appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to go out of their way to come back and see if they could resolve my equipment issues. Although the issues are still in work, I will definitely use Lexx Audio and Video again, and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Overall great experience with Lexx Audio. They were very professional and were kind enough to expedite the work before a fourth of July holiday. We enjoyed our new outdoor system for the holidays. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
