I hired Space City Repair to identify the cause of a leak I had at my house and replace the damage. Chris came out the same day to give me a quote and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge and his thoroughness. He identified the issues we were having and sent a quote over the same evening. The price was very reasonable and the quote was presented in a professional way and included both necessary and optional items so that we could customize to exactly what we wanted done. We set dates for the work and Chris arrived each day exactly when he said he would. His team was very communicative throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure that the work was being done well and that we knew what they were finding as they worked. They cleaned up after themselves, which made my life easier after they left! They replaced my back door, removed and replaced all of the damaged floor, replaced some damaged sheetrock, and replaced all of the trim around the door and the baseboards. As they went, they also ensured that there weren’t any other areas outside that could allow water to get in. I would recommend Space City Repair to anyone who wants quality work from people who are professional, punctual, and thorough.
