WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Agreed to hang 2 things for a flat fee of $150 and then changed it to $70 per hour because of “obstacles”.

I arranged for albert to change out 3 locks and repair molding in the corner of a room. He showed up at 12:30, the appt was set for 8-9am. He did not have the tools to cut the molding I purchased which was my fault for not informing him of the cuts needed. He said he would get the cuts and I would reimburse him for the cost and he would come back the next day. I paid him in cash for the complete job. The next day He does not respond to calls or text. I call him the day after from a friends phone and he answers saying first he forgot and now wants more money. Would not recommend and untimely and a thief.
