- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All estimates are completely free—we do not charge to visit your home and assess your project. Our pricing is based on the scope of the project rather than an hourly rate, and we charge per project accordingly. The cost of any necessary parts is passed directly to the customer at cost, with no markup. We also provide documentation to show the exact cost of those parts for full transparency. In the event that the solution is as simple as “button pushing,” we do not charge any additional fees beyond the lead cost. We believe in fairness and integrity, and we only ask for coverage of that basic expense in such cases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value the opportunity to see your project in person, as it allows us to better understand your goals and preferences. During our on-site visit, we’ll walk through the project with you, set clear expectations, and provide a detailed quote—typically delivered the same day, right there on site.
