Our Love seat recliner cable broke down .It was very complex,Me and my wife tried to fix but Failed.So I reached Thumbtack.Jerry offered the best bid on my Job.He was fully booked but still worked with me to come the day I needed.Jerry arrived right on time and was very professional. He spent first 10 mins observe and understanding the functionality/Technique of the Recliner and explained to me; completed the Job in next 10 Mins.I really liked his approach.I appreciated the care he took to explain what he was doing. Professional and a pleasure to work with!He went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly installed.He was not satisfied until me and my wife test the recliner many times.
