- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
✍️My minimum service call is $100, which covers up to 2 hours of the tasks you listed before the visit. ✍️Any tasks added during the visit are billed separately. ✍️Some installation jobs (such as TV mounting, garbage disposal, faucet, ceiling fan, door lock, etc.) have their own fixed price and are separate from both the minimum service call and the hourly rate. 🤷If the fixed price is lower than $100, what do I pay? 👉The minimum service call of $100 still applies. If the installation price is higher than $100, the higher fixed price will be charged.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Specialist degree from a Mechanical Engineering Academy and later earned a Master’s degree from a Technical University. My education gave me a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical understanding, which I apply to my current work.
