Benny and his boys did a really nice job and exceeded our expectations. We don't need a general contractor very often and it's easy to forget to communicate all the details to your potential contractor. It isn't until the work starts that you have the light bulb moment and say to yourself, "I need to tell Benny". When that happens, he will listen and work with you to resolve your issue. This seems rare in today's environment. Once completed the project turn out beautiful.

I had these guys build me some custom bookshelves and turn my living room into a library. They did excellent, beautiful, and sturdy work. They also turned my 4 bedroom into a 5 bedroom house, repainted the whole house and built me a freestanding office in my back yard that I can smoke in. I recommend these guys the value for the price is excellent.

An overall satisfactory performance on thier end. From the the way I had no obligation to put any money up front for the build to begin, to the actual price of the build as far as labor, the discounted prices on lumber, the courtiousness and respectfulness of the manager, and the laborers. The greatnes goes on and on. To me the most important aspect of all was thar Mr. Saldana never once made a decision without consenting with me. I felt a part of the whole process from beginning to end. Thank you JT Building and Renovations LLC. I would recommend you guys to anybody.
