As a small business owner, I understand that customer service is crucial to long-term success. The way you treat your customers directly impacts repeat business, which is the lifeblood of many companies. In my experience, putting profits over people is a strategy that ultimately fails. I was deeply disappointed with my recent experience regarding a garage door issue. After troubleshooting several times on my own, I called for a technician. When he arrived, I explained what I’d tried, and it was clear my attempts had not resolved the problem. The technician made an adjustment, and the motor immediately responded. When I asked if the motor had moved, he informed me that the repair would cost $200. I was taken aback and questioned the charge. He explained that it was a mandatory service fee, which had not been discussed previously. Given that the fix was simple and would take less than five minutes, I was frustrated by the cost, especially since I knew what needed to be done. When I asked if he could reconsider the charge, he insisted that he had no flexibility and that the fee was non-negotiable. At that point, I could have easily declined the service, as I had other service providers scheduled for later that evening. This would have resulted in a lost sale for the company. However, due to my tight schedule, I was unable to continue negotiating and had to leave for a business appointment. As a fellow business owner, I understand that time is money, but I also believe in valuing customer relationships. Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting impression. I will not be doing business with this company again, nor will I be recommending them to my extensive network. It’s a shame, because excellent customer service can create loyal, long-term clients. A focus on short-term gains at the expense of customer satisfaction often backfires.

Incredible. Sunday night, Holiday weekend. 9pm. I send out the message. These guys are the real deal. The technician that came had 5 years experience and got the job done at a competitive price in less than an hour and serviced the door while he was on site. I cannot recommend this company enough.
