I can't begin to express how pleased I am with the work performed by Oscar at Satisfying Furniture Repair. His response to my inquiry was prompt and professional. Communication throughout the project was clear and concise. He provided me an estimate and plan for repair after performing an in depth diagnosis of our sectional sofa with several sagging seating areas. Oscar was able to repair the seating areas very affordably and we should easily gain several more years from our furniture since it feels like new again.
