FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The age old saying, "you get what you pay for". If your looking for the cheapest route. I'm probably not a good pro to hire. If you want respectable and knowledgeable experience(You know, like walking into a department store in the 80's) and a returned product that you were happy paying for then ARTISTIC RESTORATION LLC is the company for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to have a detailed conversation about your project to get a better understanding of the scope of the project and yout expectations. We prefer photos to be sent so we can give you a rough estimate(low-high estimate). Once we come out we will give you a soild qoute to begin the restoration process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training was with furniture repair and refinishing craftsmen/craftswomen that have been doing the work over 30 years each. I worked with them 8-9 years before I branched out on my own. Which I was encouraged to do by them.
