Our competitive pricing takes several factors into consideration including: operating costs, labor, dump fees, tolls, and distance to name a few. We work hard to keep our prices fair for our workers and give our customers a great value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Best-N-Transit, we strive to give great customer service and communication. We typically speak to customers to gather as much information about their needs before booking and giving our free quote. Then throughout the process, we alert the customer when we are in route to their destination so that they have the opportunity to prepare for our arrival. We greet all our customers (either in person or by phone if the service is provided while they are not home) and promptly get to work taking the best care of their needs that we can. Then upon completion of our job. We alert our customers and then depart to serve our next customer.
