- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes my time, fuel, and any other expenses that I expect are needed to get the job done. If you want your project done correctly by someone who stands by their work, I’m your guy. I wish I could work for free but I have a family and school expenses to cover.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a potential customer sends me the complete details of their project, I analyze the steps required to safely and successfully complete the job—along with the estimated time and expenses needed. I then send a customized quote and if accepted, begin in the job and see that it gets finished no matter the obstacles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with tools since I was a young boy. Currently, I am in school for electrical engineering. Learning, fixing, and creating things is just in my blood.
