- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to be creative and find the most cost effective solution. I’m a person with s budget and family also so I love to keep the cost as low as possible. I never try to increase the work just to increase how much I can make like some contractors do. I explain everything I’ll be doing so it’s clear and fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discuss what needs to be done. 2. Go to the location and asses the job. 3. Explain how I intend to do the job in the most cost effective way. 4. Schedule the time to start. 5. Complete the work as efficiently as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in welding and fabricating for 11 years. I’ve always been good at coming up with solutions. Also I’ve always loved repairing things and doing handyman work.
