- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are trustworthy and transparent. We provide you with a written proposal, so there are no surprises. We design your project to avoid change orders and unforeseen tastes We are insured for your protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Discovery Call: Let's make sure we're talking apples to apples in our ability to perform what you're looking for, and the price feasibility of what you want done. Does it make sense? Let's get an initial design done. 2) $150 Design Consultation: 2D Layout of the existing space and how you want it to be changed will be reflected. Then we create a Moodboard based on your tastes and a few answered questions. 3) Design Presentation: Now time to schedule a time to discuss our design and what it'll cost. We'll build your bid right then and there and talk about financing if you need it. Love our initial ideas? Let's plan it out on paper! 3D time :) 4) Design Process: $2/sqft, non refundable. Product/Selection List is produced along with 3D layouts for you to use. This still doesn't obligate you to use us for construction, but it is required to give you an accurate bid. 3D Includes: Elevations for Cabinets, Tile, Custom Carpentry, Trim Electrical, Trim Plumbing, and exterior if applicable.
