I worked with Patricia and her team for my 200 guest wedding. I had been planning my wedding for 2 years when my initial planner had an emergency and had to back out. She recommended Patricia and I am happy she did because her team was great. I wouldn't classify myself as a difficult bride but more of a detailed one. She worked with my vision and within my budget as I was specific about the theme and flow I wanted for the wedding. She even offered to have her team create all of our floral arrangements when I was unsure of what I wanted and they turned out beautifully. She understood that I wanted simple elegance and she executed that perfectly. Her team did so many tasks for us including but not limited to unloading our vehicles, setting up decor, prepping our happy hour appetizers, serving our dinner, bussing our tables and cleaning up. They were all so kind, fast paced and proactive. Since Patricia was the day of coordinator as well she managed all of the other vendors and my communication with the venue. Like for any major event we had a few hiccups but she handled them with grace and efficiency. When we had an issue with a day of vendor cancellation she jumped into action and came to me with the problem and the solution. She helped make my day seamless and stress free. I would highly recommend anyone to use her services for their big day.

Our wedding was coordinated and decorated by HV events and we would not have it any other way! I came across Pattie on thumbtack July of 2023 and from the get go she began making plans for our wedding. She is tactful, resourceful, and tremendously thoughtful. Our wedding was not an easy feat either, as it was a fusion Hindu Christian (Baptist) wedding that lasted 3 days consisting of a mehendi/sangeet night, a Haldi ceremony and a day of 2 weddings and a reception. Pattie worked with us from day 1 onwards making sure that we had vendors for our needs, worked with the vendors to make sure our needs were met, and completed small details that largely mattered to us for cultural purposes. When our big day(s) came her team was professional and courteous, looking out for not only us but our families as well. They went above and beyond what a standard planning and decorating service would do, making sure that we were caring for ourselves as well! The decor was PHENOMENAL —each event had the most elegant aura from their breathtaking design pieces, really setting the stage for the events and our guests were in awe! Our wedding day was perfect and that was definitely due to the diligence of HV Events and I will always have them on my side for future events because they have become a part of my family ☺️. You will LOVE Pattie, her work, and her amazing team! They turn dreams into reality! 🤩

Patti did an absolutely amazing job. I was completely stressed but she and her team came prepared and ready to work. I have a hard time trusting so I’m also micromanaging. But fortunately I didn’t have to do that with Patti. She gave me exactly what I wanted and then some. My wedding decor was exceptional beautiful and everything I wanted. Patti was professional, also responded to my questions in a timely manner, and her creativity is unmatched. I’m glad we hired her and I would definitely do it again without question.
