We wanted to update the old carpets in a rental property and started by talking to Arnel about repairs. After discussing options, we decided to replace them completely. He recommended waterproof vinyl flooring because it’s durable and low-maintenance—perfect for a rental. His pricing was so reasonable compared to other Thumbtack pros that, even though it went slightly over our budget, we decided to go for it.
Pro Flooring Services did an excellent job removing and disposing of the old carpets and installing the vinyl flooring.
Arnel was very professional and quick to answer all my questions. He offered to source the material himself at a lower cost than market prices, but when I decided to buy the materials myself, he FaceTimed me to help choose the best vinyl options. Unlike some contractors, he didn’t push for expensive upgrades and was honest about what would work best for us.
We’re so happy with how everything turned out and highly recommend Pro Flooring Services for their fair pricing, quality work, and outstanding customer service!

Pro Flooring removed my carpet and installed wood planks. Looks amazing! They do great work with the small details as well. Highly recommend and great value. Inexpensive. Best deal in town.
