FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flexible. I would prefer to get the scope and size of the project before I can give an estimated range. I usually base prices based on the amount of work that needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
firstly, clients will be contacted via text message and phone call. I am usually able to provide a price range if I see pictures, or if there is a video call option (facetime, google meets, etc.) After initial contact with a client, we'll schedule a meeting for me to come down and see the job directly. During this meeting the client will be provided with the price of materials and an estimated price for the labor. Clients can pay upon completion or in installments if the job requires multiple visits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Apex Technical School and was an electrical union worker for 7 years before I came down to Texas. I have experience in commercial electrical work and am now more interested in solo residential work. --If you've been to the empire state building, or the world trade center in New York, chances are you've come across my work!
