- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer maintenance cleanings and deep cleaning sevices. If any deep cleaning may be needed or any repairs that would have to be additionally quoted for on site. We offer military and veterans discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any customers, especially new, we walk them through the cleaning process whether for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweep, or attic insulation. We like for our clients to be on the same page and know what we will be doing once inside their homes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience of 6 years on the field.
