I had scheduled a basic air vent/return cleaning ($147). It ended up costing me over 10 times that. They claimed I had a lot of mold everywhere, showed me images they allegedly took in my vents. I was told it was gonna be terrible for my health if I didn't address that. 1. they did not provide me with a positive test for mold. 2. they changed all registers except for 1 (if it was really mold they wouldn't have done that), 3. they did not clean the registers as they had claimed they were going to do and reinstalled the dirty old ones (I had just bought the house) but installed my new filters (see image attached)! So again, if it was indeed toxic mold they would have never done that! 4. I was supposed to receive tons of pictures of my system before/after. Never got any of them. I was able to take a picture of the guy's phone when he showed me the pictures, and after I went in my attic and looked, well...that was NOT my unit! they were supposed to install a UV lamp, they never did. I was dumb to trust them, they scared me good with the images they showed me. I know had to call an actual HVAC guy who pretty much confirmed they just messed up a lot of stuff, and our half bathroom now doesn't get cooled down, almost no air, which means there is not a leak in the system. I also found out you do not clean the type of air ducts I have in my house, at least not in the way they did. This company cleans chimneys and dryer vents, they are in no way HVAC experts, do not let them near your HVAC system!

Hey Silvia! First, I'm sorry for your experience. After investigating the matter - You called on weekend just one day after the service and asked for manager while the office told you manager will give you a call on Monday - Also same technician that provided you with the service tried to contact you over the weekend, but you hung up on him few times, manager tried to get ahold with you as well and couldn't. 1. Our basic air duct cleaning only good for Dust in Ductwork and not Bacteria. (Our office team always mention that while scheduling). 2. Our technicians would never push any service - they do not get any commission (!). If you get any service or not won't affect them - they just have to be HONEST. 3. We can always send samples to the Lab per client request, but it cost extra and any type of Bacteria in the system needs to get cleaned. you could just ask to test it no problem. 4. Technician sent you no less than 25 before & after pictures to your phone, we still have them with proof of location, date and time on each one. (Contact us we will resend them). 5. Two copies of same invoice made, one you got and one we have - NO UV LIGHT mentioned on invoice but if you would call us, we could definitely install it and we are still willing to do so if it will make you happy. 6. We are not sure who is your AC guy, but we got 100% satisfaction guaranteed plus 2 years warranty and we stand behind any cleaning provided or parts that we touched, you just never reached back. 7. We are specialized with ANY type of ductwork cleaning especially flexible ducts like you have, we are fully screened and licensed verified by Thumbtack (please recheck). We do offer more services like Dryer vent cleaning, Chimney sweep And Attic insulation - but our expertise is really Duct Cleaning & Replacement. ** Please reach out to us at: 832-4777461, we will find a way to make you happy - WE ARE ALWAYS PREFFER HAPPY CLIENTS OVER MONEY. We offer maintenance cleanings and deep cleaning sevices. If any deep cleaning may be needed or any repairs that would have to be additionally quoted for on site. We offer military and veterans discounts.

With any customers, especially new, we walk them through the cleaning process whether for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney sweep, or attic insulation. We like for our clients to be on the same page and know what we will be doing once inside their homes.
