We knew we had the right company beginning with our initial call to Take Air. The receptionist was very informative and accommodated our schedule. Francisco followed up with several emails regarding his arrival time for the free consultation and he arrived on time! The consultation confirmed we had bacteria, mold and lots of dust. We were provided pics of the ducts and he explained the services he would perform. Francisco provided a quote and suggested we think about including a UV lighting system. Never did we feel we were being pressured into additional services. Francisco and Martin arrived ON TIME the day of service and did an excellent job. Both came in with masks and foot coverings and were very conscientious about keeping a clean area. There was minimal clean-up after they left. They even did little extraspaint touch-ups on ceiling where condensation left marks, touch up painting on air vents, etc. The dryer vent was cleaned and we have noticed a difference in drying time. Before leaving, Francisco again reminded us of the service warranties on both the A/C work and UV lighting. Although this maintenance was pricey, we feel we received excellent service and excellent results. We highly recommend Francisco and Martin.

After discovering mold growing out of one of our vents, we used Angie's List to call 5 companies for quotes. TakeAir was the only company that took several pictures of the vent and actual AC unit. Avi sat and talked with my husband and I about the problem, explained our options, and pricing, including warranties. They had the longest warranties for their services, which gave use the impression that they back their work.We scheduled with them on Thanksgiving (yes, they were available for us to contact with any questions). They came out Sunday and worked diligently from 10:30am-3pm. They covered our furniture and belongings to ensure that it wouldn't get dirty. They took our vents off and washed them, cleaned the boxes, intakes, ducts and unit. After washing, they sanitized and installed the UV light system to prevent the problem from occurring again. They cleaned up afterwards. The smell of our house is wonderful after they used their organic solution.We are extremely pleased from the initial call, schedule for quote, questions, schedule for job, and actual job. Highly recommend!!
