- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we charge for our product or services that we provide is one of the most important part of our business decisions we make. Setting a price that is to high or to low will, at best limit our business growth and potential. At worst, It could cause serious difficulties for contracting new projects and cash flow resources. The benefits our customers will get for using our product or services are what all customers are looking for in their hiring decisions. Like for example what they value the most are: The speed of delivery, the convenience, reliability, and the assurance that the project will be completed to customers expectations. What our customers are looking for we will do are best to provide whenever and wherever possible, We set our prices to reflect the value of the work and service that we provide, not just the cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with a new customers is very relaxed and simple. We first try to obtain basic information for the task at hand. We then provide an estimate for the project completion. Then work on getting the job done, While keeping the customer informed of the process every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly how the work is being done in your home or business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have had extensive training and experience in this line of work. Home remodeling involves making improvements, repairs, and renovations to homes in order to improve their aesthetics and increase their monetary value. This can include replacing floors, shingling roofs, fixing kitchen cabinets, replacing bathroom tiles, or adding new electrical and plumbing systems. Some home remodeling firms invest in old or damaged houses, renovate them, and sell them for profit. Home remodeling professionals need to ensure that the remodeled homes meet specific building code requirements and pass inspection by an authorized agent to ensure safety.
