- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know it’s hard times right no and most people can’t afford a dj sometimes. I will give my price, but always remember. I will work with you whatever meets you budget. I want my customers help and I want the same for myself. We should meet a budget that is fair for both of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making them feel welcome and it’s like I’m part of family or good friend. I’m real easy to talk to and I will help you with your needs.
