FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I recently increase by prices due to the market I am in, I am pretty much open to see what kind of budget a person has. I can provide an excellent service but without breaking the bank. I offer schools special pricing because I know it takes work to organize a school event. For all other events I can lower the price if needed to be within the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process, basically means I try to learn as much as I can from my customer, as per say to a wedding for instance, I try to get a program in order for me to prepare the music needed for the event. I also started process my contracts electronically, in where I email the contract, customer prints it, fills it out, and re email back to me. We process the deposit via Zelle, Venmo, Cashapp, or Paypal, in order to save time out our busy schedule to make the hiring process easy. I do provide receipts per transactions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Welll, I don't have a degree in Music, but I can assure you that ever since I started doing the dj, I have gain a lot of training in all kinds of events. From Baptisms, to Weddings and everything in between. I have learned to put my customers needs ahead of mine. Along with over 10yrs in customer service. I am very good in my business, my reviews can support me on this.
