I was looking for a DJ about 2 weeks before my wedding..last minute for sure. Came to Thumbtack hoping to find anybody that would be available. Darwin immediately responded when he saw my request. From the beginning he was very professional and responsive. I only had to tell him once what I needed and he understood exactly what to do. On the day of he was punctual and had all the equipment & music necessary to make sure everyone had a good time. He made sure me, my bride, and our whole family had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend and use his services again for other events in the future.

What a hit DJ Darwin was at my party! I had a 90s theme party and he played the old with the new and mixed it very well! He also played other genres of music and all my friends were just out there non stop dancing! Very cool guy! I got alot of compliments for the awesome DJ! Darwin was an amazing DJ at my Masquerade Ball! The music was perfect. He played a great selection of music and brought strobe lights that lit of the dance floor. He was very engaged with the crowd and was very professional and responsive to questions leading up to our event. I would highly recommend Darwin!!! You won’t regret it 😁

I typically DJ for 90/hr. PRICING IS ALWAYS NEGOTIABLE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fast and easy. I already have files set up with different types of music in them such as pop, old hip hop, new hip hop, zydeco, r&b and soul, and line dancing songs. I would communicate with my customer to see which type of music they would want to listen to and build a playlist for there event so everything is organized and ready for play the day of the event
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've shadowed numerous Dj's, hosted a lot of different types partiesand events, and also worked with many different ethnicities.
